Our MIG Wire Manufacturing Plant is designed for the high-speed production of gas-shielded welding wires used in MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding. These wires are widely utilized in industries such as automotive, construction, shipbuilding, pipelines, fabrication, and general engineering. The plant ensures superior wire quality, excellent tensile strength, and corrosion resistance for optimal welding performance.

Key Components

Pay-off Station: Manages the input wire rod, often with, sensors for automatic, safe operation.

Wet Wire Drawing Machine: Multi-die drawing machine (e.g., 13 die) used to reduce the wire diameter to the final required size (e.g., 1mm, 1.2mm).

Copper Coating System: An acid-resistant (FRP/Stainless Steel) coating tank system used for cleaning, pickling, and copper coating the wire to improve conductivity.

Skin Pass Block (BB Block): Ensures precision, final wire sizing, and adds a surface layer for smooth feeding.

Precision Spooler: High-speed spooling system with auto-traverse for proper layering of wire on spools, with a capacity often around 10 tons/day.
